Kurt Theodore OD
Owner & FounderKurt Theodore OD attended The Ohio State University where he majored in chemistry and received his Doctorate of Optometry in 1987. He has practiced in the Tampa Bay area since 1989.
Toni Licata OD
OptometristToni Licata OD, a Tampa native, has practiced for over 25 years, with an emphasis on primary care and contact lenses. Dr. Licata started in an ophthalmology specialty clinic in south Tampa where she practiced for 15 years before becoming self-employed for over 9 years and has now joined Dr Kurt Theodore’s PA to help care for patients at his locations within Walmart’s in the Tampa Bay Area. Dr. Licata is excited to bring care to more patients and join Dr. Theodore’s team of doctors.
Andrea Zeitlin OD
OptometristAndrea Zeitlin graduated from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts in 2000 with a bachelor of arts degree in biology. In 2004, she received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. She has been practicing in the Tampa area since 2004.
